5. CONTRACTED RECRUITING/STAFFING

If you are looking for networking, sourcing and cold recruiting assistance for one or two open positions, SITE Contracted Recruiting is the answer. 

6. MULTIPLE HIRING RETAINER

This hiring option is identical to Contracted Recruiting; however, SITE is being retained to secure multiple hires.  Based upon our fee for the total number of desired recruits, a portion of this fee is paid at the beginning to secure our time and effort. 

7. RETAINED SEARCH

If you are interested in filling very senior level positions, SITE commits 100% of our effort to your retained search.  Our service includes interviews with those employees who will report to the planned hire.  We interview for personality profiles, skill profiles and the mindset needed to blend in with your company.
